A note from Amanda-
My name is Amanda Lebeda, I am nineteen years old and I have been dancing for nine years. I began my dancing career taking lessons from Jennifer and Susannah and at the time I was their first and only student. I am honored to have been taught by them and to watch them grow MMSID into the great Irish dance school it has become. I truly love Irish dance and I am now an Open Championship dancer. I have traveled to many places competing both in solos and with our teams. I enjoy coming to dance practice for myself, and have so much fun and enjoy teaching our students as well. I am very excited to be pursuing my dream of earning my TCRG!
Martin was highly successful in his competitive career before going on to tour with Riverdance. He also went on to dancer as the principal dancer in Lord of The Dance. Martin is a certified Irish Dance Teacher and Adjudicator as well as Examiner. He ran the Martin Percival School of Irish Dance here in Colorado for 10 years before closing for other opportunities nearly 5 years ago. Martin has since collaborated with the very talented Ciara Sexton to found Irish Dance Theatre, producing and choreographing the Christmas show, Celtic Gift. Martin is also a host of The Irish Dance Pod Cast, where he interviews many teachers, adjudicators and choreographers in and out of the Irish Dance world.
After some time away form teaching, Martin has felt the itch to come back! We are delighted to have him with us as a part of our teaching team.

The Moriarty-Moffitt School of Irish Dance was founded in early 2009 by Jennifer Moriarty and Susannah Moffitt in Loveland, Colorado with only a few students. Since then, the school has expanded with their current location in Longmont, CO, offering classes at their own, beautiful Studio for all levels age 2 and up, including adults!
The Moriarty-Moffitt School of Irish Dance teaches their dancers to strive to be the best they can be! Each dancer is supported with respect to his or her individual goals. It is the school's mission to provide a safe and effective learning environment as well as superior instruction from professional and certified Irish dance teachers. It is this that allows Moriarty-Moffitt to continue to be The Premier Irish Dance School of the Front Range!
